Description of Services Offered

  •  Therapy - Now your therapist comes to you in our real time face to face video and phone therapy sessions!  Session lengths vary depending on your needs from 30 minutes to 50 minutes. Our therapist's also work with a variety of issues ranging from stress management to anger, grief to substance abuse, trauma to depression and more. They can also utilize a variety of therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness, Etc., to help you receive the care that is right for you and your symptoms. You can call for an appointment or make one online now. You can even sign up for your free 15 minute initial session which gives you the opportunity to meet your therapist before you start. Therapy is available for individuals or couples.
    • Please note if the practitioner is not licensed in your state they will conduct master life coaching sessions in lieu of therapy due to license portability between states.

  • Master Life Coaching - Our Master Life Coaches are there to encourage you and assist you in overcoming life's obstacles. They are not only your support during life’s bumps in the road, they are there to assist you in meeting your life goals. All of our Master Life Coaches hold at least a Master's Degrees in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited university.  This means you are receiving a quality, educated, and trained coach to help guide you on your journey, creating your best you.
  • ASAM Substance Abuse Assessment - The ASAM is a biopsychosocial assessment by video is for individuals with substance abuse issues. It is utilized to help determine placement, continued care, transfer, and discharge from treatment. The assessment will be done by a trained Licensed Professional Counselor or an Alcohol and Drug Counselor who is trained to administer the assessment and has a Master Degree from an accredited university. Individuals who request an ASAM assessment will be referred, if necessary, to a substance abuse treatment provider in or near their area based on the assessment and their individual needs.
  • Supervised Family Visitation - Supervised family visitation is available for those needing supervised visits for the courts. They are facilitated by trained individuals who are supervised by a Master's level counselor. They are available in hour increments. The visits include a Supervised Visit Report and a letter to the court monthly upon request. Additional letters are an additional $25 each.
